I THINK I HAVE LOST IT... All my weight that is! 12 weeks ago I made the decision for myself that I wanted to be able to complete a triathlon, and loose this extra 45 pounds I have been carrying around with me since I had my last baby 8 years ago! For the past 12 weeks I have been training daily; swimming, aerobics, treadmill, elliptical, and weightlifting to get my body back in shape.
I can't tell you how much better I feel inside and out. I have changed my eating habits to a more healthy lifestyle and adding in this exercise has made it so
I HAVE REACHED MY GOAL!
45 pounds gone!!!I thought I should share this with all of you to explain where I have been for the past 12 weeks as my blog has become well a bit more Blah than Blog!
